COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Helping the community to meet the goals the church has set for God's glorification calls not only for the spoken word, but there are also physical needs that must be met!
One of our first projects was donating bagged lunches, toiletries, clothing, and blankets to the homeless. Our help was extended to homeless veterans as well. Since we have been blessed with this building we have provided food baskets to needy families for Thanksgiving, and spread the joy of Christmas with food and toys.
We found a serious need in several community schools for homeless children that were unable to pay for breakfast and lunch. A donation to their lunch programs helped to reduce the number of children that were unable to pay for their food. Hopefully, this is a witness to them that God does provide even when it looks bleak.
God has also allowed us to help with future needs in a donation to the building of the new Walton County YMCA. Our children will be blessed!!
